After more than 20 years in the restaurant business, I am combining all aspects of my work and life experiences to offer my services as a Restaurant Consultant.
I have held Executive Chef positions locally with Kent Rigsby's Restaurant Group and G. Michael's Italian-American Bistro. I also worked for 10 years with Xanterra, the company that oversees the food and beverage operations in Yellowstone National Park, in both front and back-of-the house operations.
In addition, I completed studies at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Piedmont, Italy.
I am a member of the American Culinary Federation and the Chef's Collaborative, an organization that promotes sustainable cuisine by celebrating the joys of local, seasonal, and artisanal cooking.
